About the role

We are hiring a Business Development Representative in Dubai to build a pipeline for our Account Executives. Our sales team runs well on inbound today; we are building a serious outbound muscle, and you are at the sharp end of it - calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings in the language the prospect prefers. You report to the BD Team Lead.

What they're looking for

  • 1+ year in an SDR, BDR, inside sales or other target-driven, customer-facing role, with a target you hit. Exceptional graduates who can prove the drive are also considered
  • Comfort with high-volume cold calling and handling rejection without losing energy - you reload, and keep going
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with clear, persuasive writing for short outreach messages
  • Organized, consistent habits: you work your list every day, track everything, and own your number without being chased
  • Genuine curiosity about how businesses manage their money
