Flagship project: own the ongoing development and maintenance of our mobile automation framework, prioritizing iOS first while expanding Android coverage—shaping the tooling and structure, adding high-value automated tests, and improving CI integration and reporting as coverage grows. Identify the core, high-risk mobile flows and get them covered with stable automated tests.
