What they're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in reimbursement, market access, patient services, or related healthcare roles, rare disease or orphan drug experience strongly preferred
- Direct patient-facing experience providing disease, product, reimbursement, and access education in complex healthcare environments
- Demonstrated ability to build processes, capabilities, or field functionality in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payer systems, reimbursement processes, prior authorization, appeals, specialty pharmacy workflows, and payer decision-making across Medicare, Medicaid, DoD, TRICARE, and commercial payers
- Proven success identifying and resolving reimbursement barriers to help patients initiate and continue therapy
- Patient-first mindset with strong advocacy skills and a sense of urgency around therapy access and continuity of care

Pharvaris is a Nasdaq listed late-stage biotech company developing bradykinin B2 receptor antagonists for bradykinin-mediated angioedema (including hereditary angioedema), with offices in Switzerland (Zug), the Netherlands (Leiden) and the USA (greater Boston area). We aim at bringing new, more convenient options to people who suffer sudden and prolonged attacks of swelling in multiple areas of the body including the airway, which can be life-threatening.
