About the role
Phenom is looking for a Director of Security & Trust Enablement to build and scale the services that connect our Security & Trust capabilities with our customers and internal business teams. We expect this leader to actively use AI to improve how security services are delivered. You will explore and implement AI-enabled approaches to streamline customer assurance, accelerate security reviews, improve knowledge sharing and create scalable self-service experiences for internal teams and customers.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong experience in service delivery roles
- Proven leadership experience managing and building cross-functional or service-oriented teams
- Demonstrated experience defining and operating Security & Trust services with SLAs, KPIs, and measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate security concepts into business value and actionable guidance

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong technical security knowledge, curiosity about emerging technologies, and a customer-first mindset. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, and IT to make security easier to understand, easier to adopt, and easier to demonstrate to customers and leaders.
