About the role
We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments. What this looks like day-to-day can vary based on the needs of each organization or role. This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1 time per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices: San Francisco or Palo Alto office.
What they're looking for
- Proven experience managing outsourced/managed service provider relationships at scale, including SLAs and vendor governance
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience building KPI/metrics programs and translating data into recommendations
- Strong collaborator and communicator, comfortable mentoring peers and influencing outcomes without formal management authority
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Security
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-ready materials
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT vendor/MSP management, IT asset management, or a related field
