What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role driving large, cross-functional engineering programs
- Experience working in trust & safety, security, identity, integrity, or related problem spaces (such as anti-abuse, fraud, account access, or privacy) at consumer or enterprise scale
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of helping teams make sound technical trade-offs under ambiguity, sequencing work to de-risk the hardest problems early
- Demonstrated ability to structure and deliver multi-quarter programs with multiple teams, dependencies, and stakeholders across organizations
- Strong command of program governance (charters, milestones, dependency/risk management, metrics) and the discipline to keep programs on track without over-rotating to process
