About Planhat

Planhat is a customer platform where commercial teams work better. We build and deploy frontier technologies—integrating commercial context, agents and collaboration—that empower industry leaders to acquire and grow lifelong revenue. Backed by Creandum.

About the role

We’re looking for a Deployment Strategy Operations Lead to own how we run post-sales: the programs that structure deployment and customer outcomes, and how those programs are operationalized across our commercial teams. You’ll design the programs and ways of working, build them into our CRM and workflows, and make sure teams are actually using them consistently. It’s about connecting strategy with execution - building programs that work not just on paper, but in how our teams operate every day. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

What they're looking for

  • High-velocity operator: You like building, not just advising. You’re comfortable taking an ambiguous problem, creating structure around it, and driving it through to execution
  • Analytical & commercially sharp: You’re comfortable working with data, defining what good looks like, and using insights to make decisions - not just producing reports
  • Systems & workflow thinking: You can take a strategy or methodology and turn it into something teams can actually use: clear processes, CRM workflows, automation, and ways of working that stick
  • AI-native: You naturally look for better ways to work. You’re highly comfortable with AI tools and automation and actively use them to move faster, reduce manual work, and rethink existing processes
