- Work with the Production & Inventory Control Managers to thoroughly understand and advise on managing short-term/long-term capacities to minimize the cause for past due orders and/or overtime
- Monitor inputs used for capacity planning (efficiency, utilization, absenteeism) to ensure accuracy
- Coordination with S&OP team regarding load, capacity, revenue target agreement, and monitoring of Frontlog to Backlog conversion ensuring load alignment vs S&OP plan
- Complete date management of pull-in and push-out according to our requirements
- Communication with Customer Care and PMO Organization regarding order priority management and execution
- Working with plant Finance to understand the impact master scheduling has on the plant's financials

Job Description
The Master Production Scheduler is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the monthly master schedule. It is a planned build schedule in weekly capacity-constrained buckets that is derived from the "Sales and Operations Planning" output.
