As a Support Group Facilitator at Plume, you will facilitate groups of Plume members, cultivating spaces for trans, nonbinary, and non-cis people to share their questions, experiences, and wisdom with one another on various topics, identities, interests, and more. What they're looking for
- 2+ years' experience as a facilitator or peer support specialist
- 2+ years of experience and a passion for supporting trans/nonbinary individuals, whether through professional work, community involvement, or volunteer roles
- 1+ years' experience facilitating virtual or online support groups, workshops, or learning experiences
- Comfort and experience facilitating workshops and educational content on issues related to equity, anti-discrimination, inclusion, anti-racism, trans/nonbinary issues, consent, and social justice
