Run full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and supporting offers through close Fill pipelines with cold outreach, referrals, and events — not just process inbound applications

- Clear communicator with strong writing skills: you’ll write JD’s, reports, debriefs, offer letters, and internal documentation
- Genuine interest in people: reading them, persuading them, advocating for them
- Output volume you can point to — a role where you handled high throughput (customers served, calls made, events run, tickets closed)
- Evidence you learn hard things fast — what, how quickly, and what the result was
- A track record of top-tier performance: early promotion, top ranking, a team you led, a business you started
- Nice to have: any exposure to recruiting, sales, or fintech

You'll learn to run full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, and implementations, trained by the people who built our recruiting process.
