What they're looking for
- 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities operations, building maintenance, construction, or related environments with responsibility across multiple sites
- Strong working knowledge of commercial and industrial building systems, maintenance practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- A customer-first mindset with a demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships across diverse teams and functions
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build alignment among stakeholders before executing key initiatives or operational changes
- High ownership mentality with the ability to independently prioritize, problem-solve, and execute in fast-paced environments while keeping partners informed and aligned
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills with a calm, practical approach to challenges
