About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and operationally rigorous HR Generalist to own and execute critical employee lifecycle processes across Global R&D. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and timely execution of workforce processes.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Program Management experience
- Experience leading or significantly contributing to AI, HRIS, or process automation initiatives (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Chatbots, or HR analytics tools)
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting global organizations preferred
- High attention to detail with strong data governance orientation
- Ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion
