About the role
As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Axon, you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact sales roles that directly fuel our growth and mission. You’ll act as a talent advisor, not an order-taker—shaping role profiles, influencing hiring decisions, and building pipelines that scale with the business. You’ll partner with driven sales leaders, operate with urgency and accountability, and help raise the bar for what “great” looks like across our sales organization.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate required, agency experience a plus)
- Proven success recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles in fast-paced environments
- Strong sourcing chops and a track record of building high-quality pipelines
- Comfort managing high-volume, high-visibility requisitions
- Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed
- Sharp instincts, strong judgment, and the ability to move fast without being sloppy
