About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Web Developer to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with our Marketing and Creative teams, you’ll own the management and optimization of our website, keeping it secure, accessible, and user-friendly while growing our visibility across search and emerging AI search channels. You’ll own the full lifecycle of web pages and projects, from brief to launch, formulating web solutions that meet business goals and create engaging, user-friendly experiences. What they're looking for
- 5+ years building and maintaining production websites, with substantial WordPress experience
- Strong hands-on Elementor (or comparable page builder) skill, plus solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- PHP and custom WordPress theme or plugin development
- Git and modern development workflows, ideally on WP Engine
- REST APIs and third-party integrations
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager (including event and data layer configuration) or similar tools for measuring and improving web and marketing performance
