About the role
Lead the global benefits strategy, setting the long-term roadmap for health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing programs across all global locations. Direct vendor, broker, and consultant relationships, overseeing RFPs, contract negotiations, renewals, and ongoing performance management.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in global benefits, total rewards, or HR disciplines within a high-growth or public company environment
- Deep expertise in U.S. benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) and demonstrated success managing multi-country international benefit programs
- Proven analytical and financial acumen, with a track record of leveraging utilization data to drive executive recommendations and budget planning
- Demonstrated capability in negotiating vendor contracts, leading RFPs, and driving broker performance
- Experienced team leader with a passion for mentoring staff and cultivating operational excellence
