- 5+ years of leadership experience , with a proven track record of managing and developing technical teams, driving accountability, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex IT projects and leading technical teams toward operational goals
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals , including switching, routing (BGP/OSPF), and network segmentation
- Familiarity with network security and zero trust concepts (e.g., firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, and SSE/ZTNA platforms) with the ability to evaluate and support these technologies as part of the broader security strategy
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., DataDog, Splunk, or New Relic) to maintain system health visibility
