About the role
We are building Protege to solve the biggest unmet need in AI — getting access to the right training data. The process today is time intensive, incredibly expensive, and often ends in failure. The Protege platform facilitates the secure, efficient, and privacy-centric exchange of AI training data.

- Experienced: You have 5+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives in an early-stage, hypergrowth, or similarly ambiguous environment
- Relentless and Resourceful: You take ownership, act without waiting for detailed direction, and persist through obstacles until the job is done. You follow through on commitments and hold yourself to a high standard
- Organized and Adaptable: You build systems that keep details from falling through the cracks, manage competing priorities, and shift gears quickly as needs change
- A Trusted Partner and Clear Communicator: You build strong relationships, adapt to different working styles, and communicate with clarity and judgment. You are comfortable tactfully reinforcing commitments and driving follow-through
- Discreet and Principled: You handle sensitive information with integrity and sound judgment. You know what to escalate, what to resolve independently, and how much context each stakeholder needs
- AI-First: You use AI tools to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and create operational leverage - not just for prompting and research
