PsiQuantum is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for advanced technical roles, specifically targeting top-tier candidates, including PhDs, in fields such as quantum computing, engineering, and applied sciences. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, engage, and secure world-class talent, ensuring a pipeline of highly qualified individuals who align with PsiQuantum’s mission to revolutionize quantum computing. - A Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong track record of hiring for highly technical and senior roles, ideally within the tech or STEM sectors
- Exceptional expertise in sourcing and engaging candidates for highly specialized and cutting-edge fields such as quantum computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies
- Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders, providing strategic counsel on talent acquisition and organizational growth
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, advanced Boolean search techniques, and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
