- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
- Experience in electronics materials, specialty films, components, semiconductor packaging, or related industries
- Strong customer-facing technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
