What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical education. Master's degree preferred
- Strong experience supporting customer manufacturing and assembly processes. Experience with thermal interface materials is strongly preferred
- Experience with dispensing systems, automation, manufacturing processes, or application engineering is highly desirable
- Proven track record working across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and customer-facing organizations
- Cross-functional leadership, Global collaboration, Technical problem solving, Customer-centric mindset, Innovation and continuous improvement mind-set
