About the role
Qnity is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel focused on securities regulation and corporate governance to join our solutions oriented and business minded legal team.
What they're looking for
- 6+ years’ relevant working experience, with strong training at a national or international law firm. Prior in-house experience strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of federal and state securities laws, corporate law and stock exchange listing requirements
- Extensive experience in drafting and reviewing SEC filings, including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K, proxy statements, and Section 16 filings
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at the executive level
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Time management and organizational skills necessary to independently manage and appropriately prioritize workload, project management, and plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals
