What they're looking for

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, spanning both new-logo acquisition and growth of large enterprise / strategic accounts
  • 3–5+ years’ experience with Contact Center, Customer Experience, Customer Support, or AI agents
  • Demonstrated experience expanding the depth and width of account relationships in large organizations, alongside a track record of landing new enterprise logos
  • A passion for solutions-oriented, consultative sales
  • Demonstrable record of setting and exceeding sales goals across both new-business and renewal/expansion targets
  • Current personal experience with AI tools and understanding of LLMs

The Enterprise Account Executive is a critical role on our go-to-market team. We’re looking for an elite, full-cycle account executive who can both break into the world’s best brands and grow the accounts they land.

At Quiq, you’ll work with C-level executives, customer experience and support leaders, and product and engineering teams at enterprises who are building next-generation customer experiences with Quiq.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full account lifecycle — from prospecting and landing new enterprise and strategic logos, through renewal, upsell, and cross-sell — setting the strategic vision for your territory, directing resources to support that strategy, and executing sales at a tactical level to grow the business.
