- Responsible for scheduling travel, calendaring, and coordinating meetings and large events.
- May work on special projects.
- Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
- Typing, filing, answering phones, record keeping, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
- Proficiency with MS Office required.
