Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
- Supports the purchasing needs of the operation including, but not limited to, requesting Purchase Orders, verifying invoices, purchasing materials, completing expense reports, and relevant troubleshooting.
- Maintains awareness of product inventory in the facility and actively interacts with customers, customer service, planning, logistics, and operations to ensure customer orders are updated and fulfilled as scheduled.
- Acts as a key link between site maintenance/operations and financial/accounting requirements, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
- Responsible for upholding compliance with corporate control standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Supports the implementation and continuous improvement of company programs related to safety, health, environmental compliance, and site security.
