About the role
Under general supervision from the supervisor, the Operations Inspector provides detailed inspection and assessment of data related to failures to identify process failures and recommend improvements to avoid failures. This position will also perform the duties of the Cosmetic Inspection process in Production and RMA and oversee In Process and Final Visual Inspections on Production/RMA product lines, as needed.

- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3+ yrs of quality inspection experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Must possess experience with quality control techniques and quality assurance skill set with a personal drive to improve product
- Experience applying standard troubleshooting practices using various test equipment
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel Spreadsheets for use daily to record, report, and relay important information
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and E.O (Engineering Order) instructions
- Demonstrated highly detailed inspection skills and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload with efficient time management

- Pay Rate: $23.00/hour (on W2)
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Schedule: 1 st shift | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM with OT as needed (5 days per week, 8.00 hours per day)
