About the role
The Payment Operations team powers the accurate, timely, and secure movement of funds across the entire Raisin U.S. platform. As a multi-bank deposit marketplace supporting high-yield savings accounts, CDs, and a centralized cash account, Raisin facilitates inbound and outbound ACH transactions, reinvestments, and internal money movement across partner banks, custodial banks, and service bank relationships.
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of leadership in payment operations, treasury operations, fintech, or digital banking
- Experience/sound understanding of BaaS structures, Card BIN sponsorship, card issuer processors, and payment orchestration layers
- Deep expertise in general ledger reconciliation, multi-bank settlement environments, and operational control frameworks
- Experience with process and control designs, procedure writing, audit prep and management, including Soc audit program
- Track record of partnering with Product and Engineering to design, operationalize and launch new payment products
- Agile learning mindset: while expertise across every rail is not required, you have a proven ability to quickly master new payment mechanisms and regulatory standards

Team
Based out of our office in Sandy, Utah, we are eager to welcome local candidates as well as those looking to relocate to the area. We operate on a hybrid model with an expectation of two days per week in the office.
