As an Operations Coordinator at Rangeview, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring people-centric logistics are executed flawlessly. - Create a polished and welcoming onsite experience for candidates, investors, suppliers, partners, and other important visitors
- Prepare for scheduled visits by coordinating arrival details, parking, meeting spaces, schedules, hosts, tours, and other logistics
- Greet visitors and connect them with the appropriate Rangeview team members
- Provide front-desk presence during scheduled tours and important visits
- Support administration of resources to ensure visitor satisfaction (i.e. availability of beverages, marketing materials, etc.)
- Coordinate internal communication so relevant employees know when guests are arriving and what is expected
