What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering, life sciences preferred. Or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ Product Management experience in life science industry. Preferably biopharma, microbiology, GMP related
- High-volume life science consumable product management experience strongly preferred
- Understanding in developing business cases and leading new product development
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations/Manufacturing, Quality and Finance
- Hands-on success in driving the stage-gate commercialization of new product development & launches
