About the role

We are seeking a Principal RF Engineer (Part-Time) with deep expertise in radar cross section (RCS) analysis, antenna design and performance, and RF system engineering. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in electromagnetic modeling and simulation, paired with experience in tools such as ANSYS HFSS or similar. As a startup, we value versatility—candidates who can contribute across disciplines and wear multiple hats are highly preferred.

What they're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in RF engineering, including RCS and antenna systems
  • Proficient in simulation tools such as ANSYS HFSS, CST, or similar
  • Familiarity with radar, electronic warfare (EW), and signal propagation in complex environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple domains (e.g., optics, thermal, mechanical, orbital dynamics)
  • U.S. Citizenship required, active or recent security clearance preferred
  • Experience with DoD programs or defense contractors strongly desired
