- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field—or equivalent industry experience
- 12+ years of software development experience , with 7+ years in engineering leadership roles , including managing managers and Directors
- Proven experience leading large, distributed engineering organizations across multiple teams and domains
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale, multi-team software platforms in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of modern SDLC practices, Agile methodologies, and large-scale software delivery

This position reports directly to the SVP Data and Analytics and is responsible for leading multiple engineering teams delivering mission-critical systems that support Screening, Insurance-related offerings, and broader Integrated Front Office capabilities. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Architecture, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions while improving execution discipline, quality, and team effectiveness.
