The Finance, Senior Manager Business Unit Finance serves as the strategic finance partner to executive leadership and business unit leaders within a private equity–backed SaaS organization specializing in the multi-family housing industry. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, supporting value creation initiatives, and enabling scalable, profitable growth through disciplined planning, forecasting, and analysis.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field,
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including strategic FP&A and business partnership roles
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS or recurring-revenue business models
- Proven ability to support senior executives and influence business strategy

- Act as the primary finance partner to Payments Business Unit leadership, supporting strategy, investment decisions, and operational execution
