You’ll work directly with the founders to define how we go to market, shape our sales strategy, and set the bar for every AE who joins after you. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, loves owning the full process, and gets energized by ambiguity, autonomy, and momentum. We care a lot about building a strong in-person culture, and we’re very much in build mode. We expect the team to be in our SF office five days a week — that’s important to how we operate and scale right now.
Drive Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from strategic prospecting and rigorous lead qualification to empathetic consultative selling, compelling product demonstrations, skilled negotiation, and successful deal closure.
