What they're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience applying engineering first principles to electrical system design, troubleshooting, or operations
  • Experience with aerospace, utility, or industrial electrical systems, including power generation, redundancy, or high-power applications
  • Experience supporting electrical design or operations for power distribution, protection, controls, or sequencing systems
  • Ability to work independently, identify and solve complex technical problems, and maintain sound judgment in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across diverse teams and technical backgrounds
