- Set up and qualify new test handlers for production.
- Troubleshoot handler issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and improve equipment performance, uptime, and throughput.
- Support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs.
- Drive continuous improvement projects on productivity, quality, and cost.
- Train and support technicians on handler operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of electro-mechanical system, pneumatic system fundamentals.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Semiconductor test handler platforms (e.g.,JHT, Cohu, Multitest, Advantest, Hontech, Seiko Epson).
- Knowledge of machine automation, motors, robotics, and vision systems
- Problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, SPC, FMEA, and DOE.
