About the role
1.Review and provide disposition on low-yield production lots, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions. 2.Work closely with test engineering, assembly, quality, internal factory and OSAT to resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth production flow.

- •> 3 years of experience in High Volume Semiconductor Manufacturing environment preferably in Test Product Engineering, Test Engineering or Product Engineering

- •Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools (JMP, Spotfire, etc.)
- •Strong communication skills to interact with people at all levels

2.Work closely with test engineering, assembly, quality, internal factory and OSAT to resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth production flow.
3.Execute day to day sustaining activities (Overall lot rejection rate improvement, EQA hold rate reduction, SYL/ SBL sustaining, etc.) to ensure delivery fulfillment.
4.Qualification and validation of new products, tester platform migration and various engineering activities.
5.Gross Margin Improvement Initiatives (Yield improvement, etc.).
6.System integration.
