About the role

Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Product Engineer (Staff level) to lead the development, qualification, release, and sustaining of advanced semiconductor power products. This role is responsible for driving product engineering execution across the full lifecycle, from silicon bring-up through high-volume production, with a strong focus on product quality, yield optimization, reliability, and customer success.   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, test engineering, or related roles
  • Strong experience in semiconductor industry, with preference for power / analog / mixed-signal products
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle (NPI through sustaining)
  • Proven track record solving complex technical and yield-related issues
  • Strong data analysis skills (JMP, Python, MATLAB or similar)

Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Product Engineer (Staff level) to lead the development, qualification, release, and sustaining of advanced semiconductor power products. This role is responsible for driving product engineering execution across the full lifecycle, from silicon bring-up through high-volume production, with a strong focus on product quality, yield optimization, reliability, and customer success. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in power semiconductor technologies (e.g., PMICs, smart power stages, and multi-phase regulator solutions) and demonstrate strong ownership of complex technical challenges while influencing cross-functional teams.

  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex product, test, and manufacturing issues
