The Staff Process Test Engineer provides technical leadership for the new product introduction, transfer, and high-volume manufacturing of automotive semiconductor products. The Staff Process Test Engineer provides technical leadership for the new product introduction, transfer, and high-volume manufacturing of automotive semiconductor products. This role leads cross-functional efforts to establish production readiness of final test operations, resolve complex yield and quality issues, and optimize product and test performance. The engineer is expected to drive data-based improvements in yield, OEE, retest, cycle time, equipment utilization, and manufacturing cost, while ensuring test program robustness, product compliance, and reliable customer delivery.
