Resonate's pioneering approach goes beyond traditional targeting on broad demographics, past behaviors, or general interests. Backed by Greycroft.
About the role
Every brand we work with is trying to answer the same question before they spend real money: why do our customers do what they'll do next? That's what Resonate predicts. In this role you'd own a portfolio of major brands and sit with the people asking it - CMOs, heads of insights, senior marketers. Your job is helping them turn what they learn into decisions about where the money goes. No direct reports. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in account management or customer success in SaaS, data, or MarTech
- A record of renewing and growing six and seven figure enterprise accounts
- You can hold your own in a room with a CMO and be useful in it
- The ability to tie what we do to a number the client can measure
- A habit of turning complicated marketing problems into a recommendation someone can act on
- Forecasting and account planning discipline. Your numbers are right without anyone chasing you for them

- Running QBRs that prove what the work produced and set up the next quarter
- Watching adoption and usage closely enough that you see a renewal problem coming months out, not weeks
- Keeping your Salesforce forecast honest. The relationship work only counts if the number is real
