- Sc. or M.Sc. in scientific field with 15+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing environments, with 10+ years of experience managing outsourced manufacturing, strategic supplier networks, and/or supply chains
- Demonstrated experience with small-molecule API and OSD manufacturing
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Extensive experience negotiating complex supplier agreements and developing strategic supplier partnerships
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead effectively in highly matrixed, global organizations and influence without direct authority
