The Vice President, Portfolio Chemistry will report to the Senior Vice President, Medicinal Chemistry and Screening Sciences, and lead Revolution Medicines' multidisciplinary Portfolio Chemistry organization, with responsibility for Medicinal Chemistry and chemistry leadership across the discovery portfolio. - Demonstrated success advancing multiple programs from hit validation through development candidate nomination and ideally IND-enabling studies
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary chemistry organizations supporting multiple concurrent discovery programs
- Deep expertise in medicinal chemistry, structure-based drug design, optimization strategies, and candidate selection
- Experience integrating computational chemistry, AI/ML technologies, and digital drug discovery into medicinal chemistry workflows
