What they're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in capital raising, investment banking, sales, private equity, or real estate investment management
- Proven ability or strong interest in sourcing and managing direct LP capital from high-net-worth individuals (HNW), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and family offices (preferred)
- Strong investment acumen with a grasp of capital structuring, market trends, and investment strategies, able to communicate complex opportunities to sophisticated investors (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in investor conversations
- Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn from senior leaders
