About the role
This is a senior individual contributor role on RightMove’s Analytics team, responsible for measuring and proving the impact of our care model. As Senior Healthcare Economics Analyst, you will own the analyses that quantify how RightMove affects outcomes, utilization, experience, and total cost of care for internal decision-making and for the employers and health plans who buy our solution. What they're looking for
- 3+ years of analytics experience in a value-based care setting, such as a payer, risk-bearing provider group, ACO, or healthcare technology company operating under at-risk contracts
- Deep working knowledge of medical claims data (structure, limitations, and analytic pitfalls)
- Demonstrated experience querying large claims datasets using SQL in a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one scripting language (Python or R) for analysis
- Master’s degree in health economics, public health, health services research, biostatistics, or a related field, or equivalent applied experience in a quantitative healthcare analytics role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of translating analytic findings into clear business and clinical implications for non-technical audiences
