About the role
Own end-to-end interview scheduling across functions, time zones, and complex interview loops, including reschedules, last-minute changes, and high-priority candidates Own the candidate experience from scheduling through final decision, making sure communication is timely, thoughtful, and nothing falls through the cracks
What they're looking for
- 1–3 years of recruiting coordination or similar high-volume operations experience, ideally in a fast-moving startup or scaling company
- Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a lot of moving pieces without losing track of what matters
- High ownership and strong judgment. You’re comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and moving things forward without waiting for perfect direction
- Comfortable working in a modern ATS and interested in building efficient, reliable recruiting operations. Experience with Ashby is a strong plus
- A warm, clear communicator who builds trust with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executives
- Adaptable, proactive, and calm under pressure, especially when priorities change or something unexpected comes up
