About the role
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to stakeholders across the business, aligning procurement strategy with organizational priorities. Balance competing stakeholder demands and business priorities while maintaining procurement rigor and consistency.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of progressive indirect procurement experience, with a strong track record in strategic sourcing and vendor negotiation
- Proven ability to lead complex, high-value negotiations with technology and services vendors, including demonstrated success negotiating double-digit-million-dollar annual savings across a vendor portfolio
- Demonstrated executive presence and gravitas, with a track record of holding firm on commercial terms under pressure, even in adversarial negotiation settings
- Strong analytical skills, including experience implementing or leading AI-enabled procurement tools to build dashboards and compelling business cases, and advising other business units on selecting and adopting AI tools for their own operations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders across functions
- Experience developing and executing category strategies in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
