About the role
The Sales Support and Order Management Specialist serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers. This position is responsible for handling a range of activities including pre-sales quoting and post-sales order booking, ensuring that all fulfillment and compliance processes are followed. The role involves collaborating with various departments such as Sales, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain to support both direct and channel business opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant job experience supporting a fast-paced sales operations environment
- Preferred experience in Sales Support, Order Management, or related sales administration roles
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Salesforce.com CRM, or similar tools, is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional, high-end customer service
- Excellent communication skills with customers, partners, and colleagues at all organizational levels
- Self-motivated, quick to learn, detail-oriented, and a conscientious team player
