- 7+ years of experience in financial services, including experience supporting crypto products within compliance, risk, legal, audit, or operations functions
- Experience with brokerage products
- Awareness of anti-money laundering, sanctions, and financial crimes compliance requirements related to crypto products
- Experience advising on consumer protection requirements
- Experience advising on DeFi projects
