What they're looking for
- 4–5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a similarly analytical role, with strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- A high degree of ownership and independence, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, proactively identify opportunities and risks, and drive work from initial question through final recommendation
- Strong data and communication skills, with the ability to work with large datasets, synthesize complex analyses into clear insights, and communicate effectively with both technical partners and senior business leaders
- An AI-first and continuous-improvement mindset, with curiosity about emerging tools and a track record of using technology, automation, or AI to make analytical and reporting processes faster, smarter, and more scalable
