- Currently enrolled in a full-time graduate program, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field, prior HR experience (internship, co-op, or similar) preferred
- Curious and energized by a fast-paced environment centered on learning and contributing
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for project coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable collaborating across teams
- Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite is a plus
