What they're looking for
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading and growing product teams
- A track record of launching a banking, wallet, or financial product from 0 to 1 and growing it into a meaningful business
- Direct P&L ownership, with demonstrated results driving revenue and managing cost structure for a product line
- Experience building and scaling global payments products, including working with processors, banking partners, alternative payment methods, and cross-border money movement
- Risk management and fraud expertise, including chargebacks, authorization optimization, KYC/AML, and regulatory compliance in financial products
- A technical approach: comfort going deep on platform and implementation details, and the ability to partner with engineering on scalable, extensible architecture
