- Build accessible, reusable components. Contribute to our shared React Native and web component libraries with a focus on quality, usability, and accessibility from the start
- Help evolve our design system foundations. Work on components, tokens, patterns, documentation, and tooling that make it easier for product teams to build consistent user experiences
- Contribute to motion and interaction quality. Bring curiosity and care to motion design, micro-interactions, transitions, and the small details that make product experiences feel intuitive and polished
- Improve documentation and examples. Create clear Storybook examples, usage guidance, migration notes, and technical documentation that help engineers use the design system confidently
- Support adoption at scale. Help product teams migrate to shared components and patterns, respond to feedback, and improve the system based on real usage across the codebase
- Keep the foundation healthy. Write thoughtful tests, maintain implementation quality, and participate in code reviews that make our shared UI infrastructure more reliable over time
